The PrivateProxyNinjas email support is available 24×7 (info@ninjasproxy.com). We will either find a solution to make our proxy servers work for you, or grant a full refund of your purchase.

NEW ORDERS REFUND POLICY.
All PrivateProxyNinjas new orders are covered with a 3 DAYS MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE. You are entitled to a full refund on a new order if all of the following apply:

*Your refund claim is within 3 days (72 hours) of your order date.

*Your account has not been already suspended by PrivateProxyNinjas for any breach of the Terms of Service.

*You have not used the proxy servers to violate our Terms of Service or the Appropriate Use Policy.

*You have not used the proxy servers on CraigsList, Ticketmaster or Google.

*You have not previously claimed a refund under this policy.

If you are in compliance with the above mentioned criteria, then you are entitled to a full refund. Send an email to info@ninjasproxy.com stating your PrivateProxyNinjas username and the reason for cancelling the membership.

RENEWALS REFUND POLICY.
Renewal orders are not covered with a MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE.

You agree that you must either cancel a service from the members area at anytime, or request cancelation in writing before 48 hours of your payment renewal date for your service. If your request for a cancelation is within 2 days of your payment renewal date and/or payment is made, no refund requests will be authorized. No refunds will be authorized after the payment renewal date.

PrivateProxyNinjas offers a totally transparent process when it comes to refund policy. PrivateProxyNinjas is committed and bound to process refunds within 24 hours of a valid refund request. Payments may take up to 30 days to appear in your account depending on your bank, card or payment provider.

This Refund Policy is subject to PrivateProxyNinjas Terms of Service.
